Phase 1

Calls that require booking or confirming appointments, refill requests, billing inquiries, or clinical matters will be routed to your admin team for further assistance.

Phase 2

Advanced Integration with your EMR/PMS solution

Once Phase 1 is successfully implemented, we can move to a deeper level of system integration to streamline operations:

  • Bi-directional integration with EMR systems for full scheduling capabilities and confirmation of appointments. This will depend on how flexible your current EMR/PMS solution is. Our engineering team can work closely with your current EMR provider to ensure integration as much as possible.
