Co-founder & CEO
Deep enterprise SaaS scaling experience with firsthand insight into healthcare operations. As a founding member of HubSpot Canada, he helped grow the organization from a small U.S.-led team into a 120+ person revenue organization, gaining direct experience in building repeatable SaaS revenue engines. Drawing on years of working closely with clinics, he founded GenieAI Now and leads the company's growth by securing early customers, building key PMS partnerships, and shaping the product roadmap around real clinical workflows.
Liliane Youssef
Co-founder & COO
Seasoned business leader with deep expertise in operations, sales, marketing, and customer success. She previously led the HubSpot line of business at Flawless Inbound, part of GSI — an Oracle Solutions Partner — where she helped organizations scale through modern go-to-market and digital transformation strategies. At GenieAI Now, she focuses on operational excellence and helping clinics adopt AI-driven workflows that improve patient experience and efficiency.
